Suppose you want to cancel an order you have already paid for, then you need to intimate us at earliest at +91-40-66256060 OR E Mail us at On receiving your intimation, your order will be canceled immediately PROVIDED the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

However, your order will not be canceled if they have already been processed or shipped at the time of your cancellation request. On certain occasions, this can happen within an hour after you place the order.

Cancellation by BIKRIONLINE.COM makes every effort to fulfill your orders. However there will be times wherein certain orders may not be processed due to factors beyond our control and hence will be canceled. Reasons for such type of cancellations include either limitations on quantities available for purchase OR inaccuracies or errors in product and/or pricing information OR such other problems as identified by us.

In the event of cancellation, you will be intimated if all OR any part of your order is canceled and your payment will be refunded back to you.

Please note that your refund amount will be transferred to your Bank Account in case of order cancellation.

Returns Policy

Products may be returned in the following cases -
  • If the product is damaged, OR
  • If the product is defective, OR
  • If a wrong product is shipped

Rules for Return of Products

  • Items returned should not be broken or tampered with.
  • Items returned must beĀ unused and in their original condition with all original tags, packaging, invoice and certificate of authenticity intact.
  • Items returned must be packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. You are recommended to use the services of a reliable courier for the same.
  • Items returned must be done within a period of 6 working days from the day of receiving the item
Please ensure that the Products are returned through a reliable courier in safe and sound condition.

Note :

  • retains the rights to examine whether the product returned is defective/ damaged. Based on the verification, will either reship/replace the product ELSE if found in good condition, you will be informed of the same and the same product will be re-shipped back to the order's shipping address.
  • In case, finds that a replacement is required, but finds that the product stock is unavailable then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through registered email.
  • All returns will be accepted only within 6 working days of product delivery.

Returns Not Accepted in Following Cases

Please note that does not accept returns for:
  • Products that have already been used OR products that are not returned in the same condition as received by you;
  • Inner wear and lingerie products; &
  • Electronic products that have been either assembled and/or installed.
